LONDON, 16th January. Frieda Bisham Jepson, residing in Taranaki, whose evidence' was taken on affidavit, was granted a decree nisi against Edgar Jepson, the novelist, on the ground of misconduct in London with Mrs. Effie Lois Lipscombe. The suit was undefended.
Edgar Jepson married in 1899 Frieda Bisham Holmes and there is a family of one son and two daughters. Edgar Jepson, among numerous novels, wrote the series ai'ouud "Arsene Lupin," the detective, in 1908.
