MASS EXPULSION
MOSCOW'S MILLIONS
NEW PASSPORT SYSTEM
(Received 17th January, 10 a.m\) MOSCOW, 16th January. Eight hundred thousand of Moscow's two and a half million population will be expelled under the new passport System. Undesirables will be given ten days to leave the city. Persons arriving at .cities without permission will be expelled within twenty-four hours. The outcasts must move at their own expense. ■
