MAGISTRATE'S COURT
Cases at the Magistrate's" Court were dealt with to-day by Mr. E. Page, S.M. A remand until Friday was granted in the case of David George McGifford, aged 2a,' who was charged with being idle, and disorderly in that he had insufficient lawful means of support. Bernard Michael MeKenna, aged 48^ was fined 10s, in default seven days' imprisonment, for refusing to leave the Metropoliton Hotel when requested to do so by a servant of the licensee. '
