"A DOMESTIC MATTER"
The matter, on being referred to-day to the Director of Parks and Eeserves, was characterised as a domestic one. The director added further that through, a rule regarding the net having a topcover not being complied with he had forbidden further practice. When this rule was complied with the usual practices could be resumed. Complaints had been received of damage to property having taken place by reason of non-observance of the rule.
