Following upon 'discussions in Berlin before Christmas, representatives of the German Government were engagedyesterday and to-day in conversations in; London with British Government officials for the purpose of arriving at accurate statistica-.of the quantities of British coal that in recent periods have been imported into Germany. The discussions have .ended satisfactorily.
