The death occurred at Wellington on Saturday of Captain James Henry, late inspector for tho Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. Captain Henry was a well-known and highly respected figuro in Wellington for many years past, and of a very humane disposition. He is survived by his wife. ,
