(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, This Day. ■ The catalogue for the second Auckland wool sale next Friday closed at 23,000 bales, considerably less than was anticipated. Many farmers are apparently holding off in expectation of b.etter prices later. The allocation was 30,000 bales.
