I can ' remember, when I was small, ' I ■ didn't like gingerbread cakes at. all; And often, when I was out to tea, And someone offered the plate to me, I used to tell them I'd rather not. For Kbigerbread cakes were much too hot. Gingerbread cakes, when I was young, They made me thirsty and burnt my tongue.
