BERLIN, 24th December. The Soviet has bought' thirteen old North-German-Lloyd ships, with a total burden of 54,000 tons, on three years' credit. Tho price is eotimated at 1,500,000 marks. The Eussians are pledged not to compete with German shipping lines anywhere.
