FIRST "WASHING UP" BILL
The first "washing-up" Bill of the session will make its appearance in. the House of Representatives to-day. This is the Local Legislation Bill, which annually provides for a number of matters which are required by local authorities throughout the Dominion.: The Bill will be sent to the Local Bills Committee. Robert "William Melntyre, for his third offence of drunkenness within six months, was fined .£l, in.default seven days' imprisonment, by Mr. T. H.
