PURCHASE BY AMERICA
UNITED STATES' ADVOCATE
WASHINGTON, 16th November.
Mr. Peter Teneyek, president of the New York Waterways Associations, advocated to-day that the"United: States should purchase New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and a part of Southern Quebec from Canada. He was giving evidence before the Senate's Sub-committee on Foreign' Eelations. \
