RUGBY, 28th November. The Foreign Secretary, Sir John Simon, replying to- a Parliamentary question, said, that the League Council, after a further meeting to-day, decided, to transmit the Lytton Report for the consideration-of the Assembly. -.
This decision was taken, with the full concurrence of the United Kingdom delegate.
