(By Telegraph.) (Special to "The Evening Post.") . DUNEDIN, This' Day. The Eev. Dr. Kelly, who recently arrived from Ireland, said he believed Mr. de Valera's economic' policy was ™ght, just as lie believed that Mr. de , Valera was wrong when he split the country in 1921. The present trials were hitting some, but by no means all the Irish farmers, very hard, but*in the end an agricultural Ireland would be far better for all ttian as a grass ranch in which cattle .were fattened for tho English market. He believed that m spite of the present hardships Mr. de Valera would go back to power *£ Jh.e?s were an, election' to-morrow.
