(British Official Wireless.) BUGBY, 26th October Mr. Norman Davis, United. States delegate to the Disarmament Conference, who has had a series of conversations with the Prime Minister and the. Foreign Minister, will leave London on Friday for Geneva, via Paris, where he will probably discuss disarmament questions with the French Premier M Herriot.
