(Received 28th October, 10 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. . The "Herald and Weekly Times," Limited, Melbourne, will pay a final dividend for the year of 5 per cent, on ordinaryshares, making with the interim distribution 10 per cent, for the twelve months.
