MR. SGULLIN STILL LEADER
MELBOUENE, 25th September.
The All-Australian Labour Congress has concluded. Mr. J. H. Seullin regains leader, tho LaHgites' attempts to secure control having failed.
A unity campaign will probably follow, but even if Mr. J. T. Lang's group and the Federal group amalgamate, it is anticipated that Mr. Scullin will retain the leadership.'
