FARMERS' AUCTIONEERING YEAR.
_ The Farmers' Co-operative Auctioneering Co. of Hamilton reports for the year ended 31st July a, net profit of £5651 7s lOd, compared with £13,195 lls Od for last year. As last year, so this, no ordinary dividend is declared. The sum of .£9763 18s Id is transferred from last year, which with £1919 4s 6d balance from last year and the net -profits make a total of £17,334 10s sd. . Our of this preferred dividends amounting to £15,192 13s 6d have been provided for, leaving £2146 16s lid, out of which it is proposed to pay income fax for the year and carry the balance forward. ""
