KARORI UNITED CLUB

The. Karori United Tennis Club held their annual meeting recently. The majority of the members of the club were present. The hon. secretary, Mr. E. lieQueen, presented the balance-sheet and report of the club's activities-for the past year. The balance-sheet showed a good credit balance. The hon. secretary was complimented on his balance-sheet and report, both being adopted. : The club captain, Mr. H. Tingay, gave his report on club events for the past •year. The winner of the ladies' section :of the ladder was Miss M. Horniblow, ,while L. Kaywood,-. was' the winner of -the raen's section.
