READY FOR PARLIAMENT
EXPENDITURE COMMISSION
Replying to questions to-day, the Prime Minister (the Eight Hon. G. W. Forbes) said that the Budget was now ready for presentation to Parliament, and it was possible it would be brought down next .week. His present intention was to release the final report of the National- Expenditure Commission simultaneously with -the Budget and Estimates t so that members would have a comprehensive survey of the country's financial position. ■
