SURPRISE DECISION
EFFECT ON REICHSTAG
(Times Cable.)
LONDON, 10th September. "The Times" correspondent at Berlin says that the surprise decision by President Hindenburg to receive early next week representatives of the Nazi and Centre Parties means that the Reichstag sitting on Monday will probably be postponed until after the conversations.
It is pointed out that if the Nazis and the Centre Party really are able to agree the President may .not be able to refuse their claims. In this event the Reichstag might not be dissolved, but merely adjourned to enable a recasting of the "Presidential Cabinet" without Dr. yon Papen. '
