UNEMPLOYED YOUTH
BOARD SHOWS CONCERN

CHBISTCHURCH, This Day. Tho Canterbury Education Board, as a_ means towards assisting in the solution of the problem of unemployment among youths, this morning decided in favour of the compulsory registration of unemployed boys and girls. It was decided to take the necessary steps to secure tlie names and addresses of the children who left school last year and to ask their parents if they are in work, or if not what their hopes !of Employments are.
