; Mrs. Elvita Dolores Barney was acquitted last month on a chargo of murder of Michael Stephen in London. Stepaen was shot after a cocktail party, and Mrs. Barney declared that the shooting had taken place during a struggle for a revolver. Tho second charge against her was of shooting Stephen with intent to do grievous bodily harm. t
