FULFILLED x
LONDON, 19th July,
With roference to the burial' of Lord Humer in Westminster Abbey to-day, an intimate friend recalls that he used to say that the appropriate sepulchre for a soldier was the battlefield among his fallen comrades. -"But as 'I have been spared from death in my campaign^," he would ,add/ "I should like nothing better when my-'time comes than, to bo near the grave of the Unknown Warrior. That would indeed be a crowning honour."
Thus his wish has been fulfilled.
