. A , match between teams representing Dannevirke High School and Scots ColJege was played at Scots College yester-, «Say' '.afternoon, and resulted in each sride scoring six points. The visitors showed tp _to advantage in the first spell, but their efforts to penetrate the defence were imavaibng. However, Riddell succeeded 5n opening the account with a penalty goal. There were some strong advances by, Scots College, but they did not bear Jriut. until early in the second spell, when Cuthbertson lucked a penalty goal. More attacking play by" Dannevirke eventually resulted in Riddell scoring a try (unconverted), and just before time was called gpence registered a try for Scots. " Tho teams were:—
