INTERESTING WEDDINGS

LONDON, 10th June.

On 6th June the wedding of Lord Wiileran and Miss Margaret Patricia Blackader took place at St. John's Church, Tarcombo, Devon. The Bishop of Exeter officiated, assisted by the Bey. W. M. Austin, the vicar. Tho bride is the daughter of the late Captain and Mrs. Gordon Blaekader, Montreal; " She is the adopted daughter of Captain and Mrs. Benson and ward of Colonel Hamilton Gault, M.P. The bridegroom is the eldest son of the late Hon. William Lionel Charles Walrond, M.P., and the Hon. Mrs. Adams, of Braclfield, Willand, Devon. Captain Benson escorted the bride, and Lady Anne Wellesley.,.' Miss Faith' Haddock, Miss Betty Ogilvie, Miss Celia Cantlie, Miss Partridge, and Miss Ursula Jervis were her attendants. Tho wedding dress of pearl-coloured satin was-cut in long, straight lines, the skirt flowingV:oUt4o.' form a long tr^in.;A halo headfdress "of pearls secured her- tulle veil, and 'she carried a sheaf of orchids. M. Graham was "best man,'and the Earl of Mornington, Mr. E. W. Hayward, Captain Denham, Mr. A. M.
