SEATOUN CLOTHING DRIVE

A successful "clothing drive" was- carried out in the Seatoun and Bays districts last Saturday;. The newly-formed Workers' Mutual Aid and the Boy Scouts assisted the interchurch committee in gathering the parcels. The organisers thank all those who.responded so generously to the appeal. The depot :is now established in terry road, and is to be opened on Monday afternoon and Thursday morning each week. .

Anyone desirous of giving future assistance may leave their goods at the depot, where they will be welcomed. The greatest difficulty is in obtaining men's clothing and boots. All requiring assistance, if relief workers, will bring with them the sa. card, so that necessary records can be made thereon. ..../-.
