The .Brazilian Traction, Light, and Power Co., owing to the impossibility of obtaining foreign exchange, except in a very restricted sense, and in order to conserve cash resources, has decided to declare a' stock dividend on the ordinary shares of no par value at the rate of one fully-paid ordinary share for each fifty held instead o£ a cash dividend
