COMMUNIST RESTRAINED (By Telegraph.—Press . Association.) CHRISTCHTJRCH, This Day. There were scenes of mild excitement in Victoria. Square for a brief period yesterday when a self-acclaimed Communist, C. F. Riley, in an attempt to make a speech after the Anzac Day parade had passed, found himself provented by the police. Finally he was taken in h^nd by friends, and was driven away in a taxi. At one time a crowd of 2000 surged round, but nothing untoward occurred.
