(Received 18th April, 11 a.m.) CAIRO, 17th April. "Egypt must carry out an active policy of enmity toward Britain," declared Nahas Pasha, speaking at the tomb of the Wafdist leader Zaghlul Pasha, whose widow exhorted the Wafdists to swear by the tomb of their former leader war against Britain.
