PREMIERS' CONFERENCE
SUBSTITUTE FOR LANG
(Eeceived 18th April, 10La.m.) SYDNEY, Tfiis Day. The State Premier, Mr. J. T. Lang, returned, to Sydney from the Premiers' Conference at Melbourne. It is stated that he does not intend to return. Mr. Lang's place at the Melbourne Conference on Unemployment is to be filled by Mr. Davidson, Minister of Public Works.
