Sir, —I have been directed by the executive of the New Zealand Educational Institute to ask. for space in which to Boint the moral- of the recent riots in lunedin and Auckland.. They were in both cases the result of ignorance and lack of restraint—in other words, the result of want-of education. The problem of the uneducated adolescent is one of the major problems of.the present-day. The only way tis,.deal:with:him is.to educate him..
