WELLINGTON CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF SPECIAL ORDER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at „:. » Special Meeting of the Wellington Uty Council held on the 25th February, 1932, the following resolution was passed: —That the Wellington City Council pursuant to the provisions of The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1926, The Municipal Corporations Act, 1920, and their respective amendments, and in pursuance of an Order-in-Council dated the 10th day of February, 1932, gazetted in the New Zealand Gazette No. 12 of the 18th day of February, .1932, at page 322, and in pursuance of an Order-in-Council dated the 22nd day of February, 1932, gazetted in the New Zealand Gazette No. 14 of the 25th day of February, 1932, at page 387, and in pursuance and exercise of every other Act and authority in that behalf it enabling doth hereby resolve by way of Special O/der as follows:—(1) That a special loan of Twelve thousand three hundred pounds (£12,300) to be known as "The Wellington City Baths Loan (1920) Renewal Loan 1932" be raised by the Wellington City Council for the purpose of redeeming the outstanding liability in respect of a loan of Fourteen thousand one hundred pounds (£14,100) maturing on the Ist day of June, .1932. (2) That the rate of interest on the said loan be not exceeding Five pounds (£5) per centum per annum payable half-yearly on the Ist day of December and the Ist day of June in each year during the currency of the Loan being a period of five (5) years from the Ist day of June, 1932. (3) That a Sinking Fund of Two pounds (£2) per centum per annum be established in connection with the said Loan. (4) That the security for the interest, sinking fund, and other charges and repayment of the said loan be a special rate of One seventy-fifth of a penny (l/7od) in the pound on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property within the whole of the City of Wellington. AND NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the resolution will be submitted for confirmation at a Special Meeting of the Wellington City Council to be held on Monday, the 4th day of April, 1932, at the Council Chamber, Town Hall, Cuba street, Wellington, at 4.30 p.m. Dated this 29th day of February, 1932. (3) That a sinking fund of Two pounds (£2) per centum per annum be established in connection with the said Loan.
