New Zealand will be. announced.this -week, probably as part of the Budget speech hy the jPinanee Minister, Mr. X Ehod.es, on Thursday. The report that a snag was struck with regard to "butter is Officially denied. The rate of duty on butter entering Canada will "be -five cents a pound—the same as on Australian butter —which is considered ample for Canadian producers, especially as Canada is'now onan export basis. • ■ . . ;
