GENEVA, 7th February. Mr. Arthur Henderson received ft delegation' from the International Conference of Disabled Soldiers and exServicemen, representing 3J million, people and eleven Continental countries. The delegation submitted a resolution opposing recourse to arms and advocating co-operation to eliminate war, saying that the failure of the Conference would be a world 'catastrophe.
Mr. Henderson hopefully replied, paying a tribute to the work of Trpmea'K organisations. ■ ~ - -"- ■
