LONDON, 31st January.
Germany has paid £3,000,000,000 in execution of the Treaty of Versailles.
"The Times" says that a detailed estimate has been prepared in Berlin in reply to M. Flandin's allegation that Germany has not paid France anything approaching the cost of reconstruction of the devastated territories.
