Apple Meringue.—Stew -some apple with a little sugar and water.. Separate white and yolk of one egg, make boiled custard, using yolk and i-cup milk) $« teaspoon sugar. Prepare meringue: Place apple in'small bowl. Add custard. Pile meringue on top and brows slightly in oven. "AKIEL." (14) Otaki.
