A DELIGHTFUL HOLIDAY

Three little children stood looking oat of a window, watching a boy. and a girl who were playing happily, together next door. Their big sister, Fairiel, who was watching them, noticed the three children, and saw how lonely they seemed.

She was kind-hearted, so she went over and asked them to join in the' games. Very soon they all : became friendly, and although they were shy at first, they soon became acquainted. ' After that, they played, together daily. One day.Fairiel went over and asked : their mother if she would let her take ! them for a holiday, and their mother i: consented.

Fairiel bought them new clothes,' very pretty and smart, and next day they went off to the seaside with Fairiel. They all stayed two weeks, and decided; it was the best holiday they had ever had.
