The SuiidaJ* School'visitor reported that he had visited every.. school in the circuit during the quarter -and was impressed by two facts, T first,, that the scholars were interested "and well-behaved, and second, that the number of children who did not attend any. Sunday School indicated that parents genoially did not appreciate the value of a religious training for their thildrch.

The financial report showed the income as £400 18s lid and the? expenditure as -C3SS 10s, leaving a credit balance of £15 8s lid.

It was Reported that Mr. A.M. Maunder had resigned the leadership- of the Wesley Young Men's Bible Class, and that Mr. E. Boyes had been appointed to succeed him.

'flic amount collected for foreign missions during the past year was stated to be £241 10s Sd, and for home missions £132 5s Cd.

Delegates.to the annual Methodist Conference, to be held in Christchurch, were appointed as follows: Messrs. Maunder and Barrington, withiMessrs. W. E. Howe and J, R. Burley as substitutes.

Messrs. Clark, ■; Maunder, and Walton ■were appointed delegates to the district executive.

The circuit stewards, Messrs. L. J. Clark and Maunder, were re-appointed and accorded a vote o£ thanks for-their services; „
