IN LIGHT OF BASLE REPORT

(British Official Wireless.) (Received 13th Januaiy, 11 a.m.) RUGBY, 12th January. • he Cabinet meeting .to-morrow will be devoted to reparations and disarmament problems. The report of Sir Frederick teith Boss, the Treasury expert, on his conversations with the French Finance Ministry, will be available for Ministers, as ho is returning to London late to-night. This evening the Prime Minister discussed tho reparations issuo in the light of the Basle report with the Chancellor of the Exchequer, Mr. Chamberlain, the Foreign Secretary, Sir John Simon, and the - President of the 3oard of Trade, Mr. Buneinian, the three Ministerial delegates to the Lausanne Conference. The Cabinet Committee examining the question of the balance of trade also met to-day. ■■.-.'■
