SWIMMING CARNIVAL.

On Saturday afternoon next the Wellington Amateur Swimming Club is holding a swimming carnival at the Te-Aro Baths at 2.30 o'clock. .Among the events are the 100 yards senior championship of Wellington, the 220 ; yards senior -breaststroke championship, and numerous handicap races, diving, and water polo contests.
