F. yon Haast treasurer.- ■ ■ It was decided to approach the-Edu-; cation Department, pointing out' the great value of the. Sir George- Grey Scholarships in science and stressing the desirability of an early announce-! ment whether money fti'r the scholarships would bo available this year. A protest was received from the Wellington law students, against high fees for taking out law" dogreos. It was decided to take no action. .-•:-■ ' A medical science scholarship was awarded to Mr. A. 'G. llutter, and the Christie Prize in applied anatomy was awarded to Mr. J. y. Cable.
