CHARGES OF DISLOYALTY;

SYDNEY, This Day. ; The New Guard's petition to thej King, praying for the dissolution of the New South Wales Assembly* declares that certain members of Par* liament have protected disloyalists, Communists, and seditionists, allowed the use of school buildings for the propagation of seditious doctrines, and even appointed persons to the Legislative Council who were avow* edly disloyal The Government has repudiated debts to bond-holders and has enacted legislation gravely mi fringing the rights of the people. The petition is being circulated throughout New South Wales, and 13 ' expected to be extensively signed. Referring to the petition, Colonelj Eric Campbell, leader of the New; Guard, said: "If it is not granted,' then I will put before, you for adoption other means quite lawful and appreciated by constitutional lawyers , of high standing, but, believe me* vary, very effective."
