TRADE WITH RUSSIA
(Received Bth December, 1.30 p.m.) LONDON, 7th December. To regulate our trade -with Russia by the amount sho buys hero is virtually the recommendation of the Associated Chambers of Commerce. The committee's recommendation points out that Russia's trade is now nearly at pre-war level, but there is a disproportionate increase of British purchases. The report dismisses anxiety as to butter dumping, but admits that in a few .years Russia may ba one of the world's greatest grain producers, and bo able to undersell others if the present policy is allowed to continue.
