ARRIVAL IN LONDON

RUGBY, 7th December,
M. Paul Hymans, the Belgian Foreign Minister, arrived in London last night with Monsieur van Langenhove, Secrc tary-General of the Department of Foreign Affairs. To-day he will meet Sir John Simon and on Tuesday Mr. Walter Buncinaan.
It is understood they will review the present. ipOlitical and economic plight of Europe, and may discuss the possibility of avoiding future British duties on Belgian products in return for a continuance of Belgium's liberal attitude toward British exports.
