BREACH OF PROBATION
At the Magistrate's Court yesterday Critos Vlissopoelos, a motor-driver, aged 25, was sentenced to three months' imprisonment for failing to comply with the terms of a probation order. The Probation Officer, Air. I. P. Mills, said that the accused was granted probation in November last on a charge of failing to account for £1-1. He was ordered to make restitution of the amount, but had not done so. In February he was sentenced to three months' imprisonment for failing to report, and on 24th October he was sentenced to three months' imprisonment for false pretences. The Magistrate, Mr. 15. Page, said he would sentence the accused as on the original charge to three months' imprisonment, to be served at the expiration of the present sentence.
