OIL REFINERY DIVIDEND
Gross refining and trading profit of the Commonwealth Oil Refineries, Ltd., amounted to £195,351, against £178,518 in the previous 12 months. The directors earmarked £103,154 for depreciation, aud £46,000 for taxation, compared with £27,500 in the previous year, leaving a net profit of £46.197 against £51,944 in 1929-30. and £42.450 in 1928-29. A dividend, the first, of 6 per cent, is to be paid.
