An outbreak of armed violence io^ which the Wafd is blnmed is causing alarm in Egypt. It includes the rout* der of the Premier, Sidky Pasha % twenty-five-year-old cousin, and also *j plot to nssassinato the Sheik Ul Azhaq principal of tho great Moslem Univer* sity so-named, which the police nippecj in tho bud, arresting fifteen.
