DANNEVIRKE, This Day
A meeting ■of delegates of Dominion gliding- clubs decided to form an associal tiou to control gliding. The Dominion headquarters ivill be at Dauncvirkc for twelve months. Officers were elected as follows:—Patron, Lord ■ Bledisloe; president, the Director of Air.Services; vicepresidents, Sir Francis Boys, Sir Henry Wigram (Christchurch), Sir Cecil Leys (Auckland), Mr. M. H. Oram (Palmerston North). The affiliation fee was fixed at Is 6dlper member, with a minimum of £2 2s per club.
