PILOT'S ORDEAL
PROPELLER FLIES OFF
FOUL PLAY SUSPECTED (.Received 14th October, 1.30 p.m.) WARSAW, 13th October. The Polish ace Orlinski was returning from Kattowitz ia a machine in which he had planned to fly to America, when the propeller flew off, and the engine, weighing half a ton immediately crashed to earth. Orlinski landed safely in his parachute. Foul play is suspected.
