A Kew Orleans message states that the American Co-operative Association at a meeting with the Federal Farm Board tentatively agreed, pending the approval of loading bankers, to withhold approximately 7.000,000 bales of cotton from the market until ."Ist .Inly. 19.'C, in an effort to remedy the conditions due to falling prices and rising production.
